(A) HCV-infected Huh7 cells (MOI of 0.1) were maintained for 3 days and analyzed for CHOP mRNA levels. (B) HCV-infected Huh7 cells (MOI of 0.01) were maintained for 24 hours and transduced with the indicated shRNA lentiviruses or treated with CQ (50 μM) or BAF-A1 (100 nM) for 24 hours. Seventy-two hours after infection, cells were assessed for intracellular viral RNA levels. (C) VEC, ATG5KD, and CHOPKD cells were used for the assessment of the replication kinetics of JFH1-Luc and HCV-N-FLuc. Data represent mean ± SEM (n = 3).
