Adenovirus induces rearrangements of the microtubule network in ovarian cancer cells. (a) A2780CP cells were infected with dlCR2-pIX-dsRed (MOI 0.1), fixed in ice-cold methanol 48 h p.i., stained with antibodies against β-tubulin and counterstained with DAPI. Cells were analyzed by confocal microscopy. Scale bar=10 μm. (b) IGROV1 cells were infected on ice for 1 h. Unbound particles were washed off and the infection continued at 37 °C. Cells were fixed 72 h post-infection, stained and analyzed as in (a). Scale bar=20 μm.
