Summary of the effects of electrical stimulation on cell shortening and magnitude of [Ca2+]i transients
Maximal amplitude of cell shortening and of [Ca2+]i transients were derived as described in the legend to Fig. 3 and under “Experimental Procedures.” The results are reported as %RL for cell shortening and F/F0 for [Ca2+]i transients. The data are presented as the means ± S.E. for control (n = 22), wtPKD (n = 21), and caPKD (n = 40), where n equals the number of cells analyzed.
