(A) Percentage of B cells. The proportion of CD19+ lymphocytes is plotted as a function of the time point post-transplant (in days).

(B) Absolute B cell subsets. The absolute B lymphocyte count (B cells per microliter of whole blood) is plotted as a function of the time point post-transplant (in days). The two leftmost bars in both panels represent baseline data obtained one month apart while the patient was on the transplant waiting list.
