Pulse-chase assay for IMPDH2 WT and Phe263 allozymes. Recombinant IMPDH2 WT or Phe263 were transiently expressed in COS-1 cells, pulse-labelled with 0.1 mCi·mL⁻¹[³⁵S]-methionine, and chased with media containing excess non-radioactive methionine.
