Treatment with migration inhibitory factor (MIF)/tetanus toxoid (TTX) DNA vaccine inhibits increase in myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in the colon of mice exposed to 3% DSS for 7 days. MPO level was determined as described in the Materials and methods. Results are given as means ± standard error.
