(A) Representative fluorescent microscope images show cells that were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with primary antibodies against either Flag and clathrin (1∶250) using either Alexa-488 or -546 conjugated secondary antibodies; (B) GFP-DN-Eps-15 or (C) GFP-Eps-15 and Flag-CysLT1R transfected cells, stimulated, or not, with 80 nM LTD4 and stained with Flag antibody. The mounted slides were examined using a Nikon TE300 microscope (60× or 100×1.4 plan-apochromat oil immersion objective). The scale bar represents 10 µm.
