Phylogenetic relationships of the Gr family in Drosophila melonogaster and D. pseudoobscura. This corrected distance tree was rooted at the midpoint in the absence of a simple outgroup. Figure conventions are as in Figure 1 legend. Terminal branches were redrawn for Gr22b/c/f, 36a/b/c, 47b, and 64c/d. DpGr47P, 47aP, and 10b have extra long branches because in the first two instances parts of these proteins are missing, and in the latter, parts were reconstructed from a single read of poor quality.
