All rate constants are expressed in s-1, all m values are expressed in kJ·mol-1·M-1 and all free energies are expressed in kJ·mol-1. Data were acquired at 10 °C in 50 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.0) and 0.4 M Na2SO4. Errors were calculated as described previously (19).
