Baseline values under room air condition (time 0), at 4, 48 and 168 h hypoxia followed by 2 h of reoxygenation. Data are reported as median (n=6 mice/groups). For each gene, the expression levels obtained from different experimental conditions were normalized using the average of the expressions of Gapdh and rRNA 18S as an endogenous reference. Data were calculated by the comparative method.
