Figure 1. — The DroID Summary of Interactions page. This page summarizes the numbers of interactions in each interaction data set for one or more genes. In this case, the interactions for the Drosophila gene CycY (FBgn0032378) are shown. Users can select the data set that they want to show (all are selected by default) and then choose to view the interaction map in IM Browser (1) or to list the interactions in a web page (2) as in Figure 2. Summary pages for each gene can be generated by inserting the desired FBgn number (#) in the link: www.droidb.org/ppisummary.jsp?gene_ids_for_imbrowser=FBgn#.
