(B) The transcription of fbp1-lacZ was measured in pcr1Δ, atf1Δ, rst2Δ, and tup11Δ/tup12Δ strains. UAS2(fbp1)-lacZ was derived from fbp1-lacZ and contained a deletion of coordinates 2545 to 3600 (shown in panel A). Expression of this plasmid was measured in strain YHL1101. Expression of lacZ was measured in modified Miller units. The quantified results from three separate experiments were averaged and are shown with error bars indicating 1 standard deviation.
