Formation rates of 17-hydroexemestane (MI) and 6-hydroxymethylexemestane (MII) from exemestane in a panel of well characterized human liver microsomal preparations. Incubations were performed with 0.25 mg/ml microsomal protein and 10 μM exemestane for 10 min at 37°C. Data represent means of duplicate determinations from a single experiment.
