RIF serum concentrations in mice after, A) RIF (10 mg/kg) given alone and co-administered with clarithromycin (CLR) (100 mg/kg), and; B) RIF given alone, with CLR (100 mg/kg) administered 1 hr later, or concurrently with CLR (10 mg/kg).
