Effect of MFX on post-ischemic inflammation and injury in the brain. MCP-1 mRNA (A) and CCR2 mRNA (B) levels were measured in the 7 d post-ischemic brain in vehicle (Veh) and MFX treated mice. CCR2 mRNA level (B) was decreased by MFX, and MCP-1 was not significant between Veh and MFX treatment (A). β-actin was used as internal control and data were normalized with the contralateral side in Veh group.
