Inclusion criteria	Exclusion criterion
Radiographic evidence of infiltrates consistent with pneumonia	A case should be excluded if an alternative diagnosis can fully explain the illness
Temperature >38°C or history of such temperature at any time in the past 2 days
At least two of the following:
History of chills in the past 2 days Cough (new or increased cough) or breathing difficulty General malaise or myalgia Known history of exposure
