For each input template level ("Targets") the reaction efficiency (exp.eff., [17]) and second derivative maximum (cpD2) is shown, with the response time (Rt) reported (as Ct) by instrumentation software. cpD2 is the second derivative maxima of signal change vs. time; "R2(adj.)" is the multiple correlation coefficient describing the model's fit to the data.
