Leukopenic ddY mice were challenged by i.p. injection with 1 × 10⁶ CFU/mouse of each P. aeruginosa strain. Four hours after i.p. injection, the samples were collected. Twelve mice were used in each group. The difference of each strain pairing was significant with a P value of <0.01.
