Most V. cholerae sequences fall into the dense sequence clusters, but branches are labeled for divergent sequence types (including other putative Vibrio species). Despite incongruence in topologies among V. cholerae STs across different loci, the topologies among other Vibrio species are largely congruent. V. cholerae STs are labeled in black, V. aestuarianus-like STs in red, V. alginolyticus-like STs in green, V. parahaemolyticus-like STs in blue, and the V. cholerae-like STs in orange. The scales of branch lengths vary for different loci and are provided in the legend box.
