SPARC deficiency triggers enhanced bone resorption. RM1 (1 x 103) cells were injected into the tibia of SPARC WT (black columns) or KO (white columns) mice. Sham PBS injections were performed on the contralateral leg. MicroCT was used to determine bone morphometric changes in (A) BV/TV, (B) Tb.Th, (C) Tb.Sp, (D) Tb.N, and (E) BSA.
