Inhibition of JNK promotes translocation of E-cadherin and β-catenin to the cell-cell adhesion sites and formation of actin bundles. Human primary keratinocytes were treated with 10 μM SP600125 for 30 min or transduced with recombinant lentivirus encoding for flag-JNK1DN.
