Monoclonal IgM-B11 and F09 antibody recognize Cryptococcus neoformans (Cn)-, Candida albicans (Ca)- and soy-GlcCer but not mouse (Ms)-GlcCer, human (Hu) GlcCer, galactosylceramide (GalCer), 2-hydroxy-C16:0 fatty acid, 3-hydroxy-C16:0 fatty acid, S'-hydroxy-C16 ceramide (Cer) or R'-hydroxy-C16 Cer. Approximately, 5 µg of each lipid were used in the assay.
