(B) 10.5 dpc embryos of genotypes shown were imaged on a stereomicroscope either under bright field (left) or GFP fluorescent illumination (right). Fluorescently imaged embryo shows widespread expression of GFP encoded by the transgene. The Tln1fl/fl;Tie2-Cre embryo at the bottom does not possess the GFP transgene and so no fluorescent image is shown.
