(C) Few conidia were found in the ΔMovam7 mutants in contrast to the wild type and complemented ΔMovam7 strains. Panel indicates conidia counts per plate. Error bars represent the standard deviation and asterisks represent significant different among stains tested. (D) Rare conidia of the ΔMovam7 mutant displayed abnormal morphology with no or only one septa, whereas the normal oblong shaped spores with tapered ends and multiple septa were present in the wild type and complemented ΔMovam7R strains.
