Pore radius was evaluated along the pore axis (z). The selectivity filter extends from z = 0 to z = 10 Å. Radius profiles for R224⁰-R224⁰ (black line) and R224⁺-R224⁺ (red line) models are shown. The calculation was done using the HOLE algorithm [52] and each profile was obtained as a mean value of all conformations.
