Keratinocytes were stimulated with the indicated concentrations of flagellin for 24 h. Subsequently, psoriasin and IL-8 concentrations of the supernatants were measured by ELISA. Data are means ± SD (n = 3). Stimulation with flagellin increase psoriasin and IL-8 release significantly. * P<0.05 compared to unstimulated cells (unpaired student's t-test).
