For immunohistochemical analyses of psoriasin expression (Vector red) in full-thickness ex vivo skin explants, biopsies were incubated with a mixture of IL-17 (50 ng/ml) and IL-22 (50 ng/ml) in DMEM for 24 h in the absence or presence of P. aeruginosa rhamnolipids (37.5 µg/ml).
