ITCs inhibit proliferation of MM cells. (A) U266 cells were treated with a series of concentrations of BITC or Bortezomib for 24 h (white bars) and 48 h (black bars). The viable cells were assayed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium assay as triplicates. (B) The potency order of inhibiting cell growth was BITC > PEITC > SFN.
