Determination of the CMC for P(AA100-g-HEA20)-b-PnBA16 employing the steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy of pyrene. The I1/I3 values remain constant at low polymer concentrations, and decrease sharply as the polymer concentration exceeds a certain value. By locating the intersection between the two tangent lines, the CMC was found to be 0.005 mg/mL.
