Analysis of Edn2 mRNA by RACE PCR and the nucleotide sequence of the EDN2 proximal promoter region. To determine the transcription initiation site (TIS), 5′ RACE PCR was carried out from total RNA extracted from an ovary at 12 after hCG. The PCR products were separated on agarose gel.
