Jurkat cells were exposed to 0, 30, 100, or 300, 10-ns pulses at 60 kV/cm. MTT absorbance measurements were taken 24 hours post exposure. Trypsin treatment appears to have no effect on long-term survival of Jurkat cells. (mean +/− s.e, n = 3).
