Data are expressed in minutes and are represented as means ± S.E.M. Values were rebinned in 1-hour intervals to cover the whole 5-hour time-window recorded. (*, P<0.05 and **, P<0.01, treatment versus vehicle, on one-way ANOVA followed by Newmann-Keuls test). Doses that produced statistically significant effects are indicated in parenthesis above the corresponding time-point.
