U46619 is a TxA2 receptor agonist. Convulxin is a snake venom lectin that activates the platelet collagen receptor, glycoprotein VI. (B) Maximum aggregation (%) in response to all studied agonists at dose ranges corresponding to low response, mid-response, and maximal response for the control platelets. All aggregation studies were performed as paired comparisons between platelets obtained from one mouse of each genotype. The total number of replicate observations compared in each category is shown in parentheses in the graph.
