Expression of cPLA₂α mRNA according to HER2 expression in breast cancer tissue samples. Samples from 18 breast cancer patients were separated into HER2-positive and HER2-negative groups according to qRT–PCR quantification and threshold of HER2 expression, as indicated in Materials and methods. Expression of cPLA₂α mRNA, measured by qRT–PCR, was compared amongst the two groups. ^**P<0.01 measured by Student's t-test.
