Persistent infection of reovirus in various cancer cells. HT1080, Raji and CA46 cells and their persistently infected derivatives were infected with wild-type reovirus (MOI of 40) and labelled with [35S]-methionine at 3 hpi for 12 h. At 24 hpi, cells were lysed, immunoprecipitated with anti-reovirus antibodies, and subjected to SDS–PAGE and autoradiography. Reovirus protein classes are indicated by λ, μ and σ.
