Baseline intrauterine pressure (hourly average) during pregnancy in SK3^T/T vs. WT mice. In SK3^T/T mice that were not able to deliver by 19.5 dpc, basal intrauterine pressure did not increase according to the dark cycle in which delivery occurred as it does in WT mice (WT data duplicated from Fig. 4). SK3^T/T mice maintained an intrauterine pressure consistent with the baseline pressure seen in WT mice during the 12-h cycle before delivery (WT n = 7, SK3^T/T n = 3).
