The Talin F2-F3 Domain

(A) Atomistic structure (shown in cartoon and VDW formats) and (B) coarse-grained (CG) model of the F2-F3 domain. In the atomistic model the F3 domain is shown in yellow and the F2 in cyan. In the VDW model (transparent) the colors for atoms are: cyan = carbon; red = oxygen; blue = nitrogen; yellow = sulfur. In the coarse-grained model the colors for CG particles are: cyan = apolar; red = polar; blue = positively charged; bronze = negatively charged; yellow = neutral.
