Values for the kinetic parameters used in the model. Other non-kinetic model parameters are p = q = 0.4, ω = 0.1, n = 2n* = 10, f = 0.01, σ = 0.1 and k = 10k0 = 30. The amounts of cellular resources are Z = 105, Y = 105, C0 = 104 and R0 = 104 molecules. In the case of a virus encoding a VSR, the corresponding binding constant (ΓC, ΓI or ΓR) takes the value of Γ. The cell volume is assumed ∼ 10−13 l, then 1 nM ∼ 100 molecules.
