(B-C) Measurement of drug-induced DNA interstrand crosslinks or strand breaks in NIH3T3 cells transfected with wtEGFR, NLS123, L858R, LNLS123, EGFRvIII, M1, M12, KMT, ΔNLS, vector control were treated with (B) 50μM cisplatin alone, (C) 15 Gy IR. Interstrand crosslink formation is represented as a percentage decrease of the peak of crosslink and strand breaks are showed as a percentage of tail moment.
