A plasmid containing WT IRP2 was transfected into COS1 cells, and 48 h after the transfection cells were pretreated (overnight) with 2 mM SA, following which the cells were treated with either 200 μM SNP or 200 μg of FAC/ml for 6 h. The protein was detected by anti-Xpress tag antibody.
