YFP-Nedd4 was transiently transfected into BGMK cells either alone, with myc-LITAF WT, or myc-LITAF Y23,61A. Cells were fixed and immunofluorescence was completed to visualize WT LITAF or LITAF Y23,61A (anti-myc: red), Nedd4 (green), lysosomes (LysoTracker; blue) and the Golgi apparatus (anti-Golgin; blue). Cells were visualized using DIC.
