SH-SY-5Y cells, transiently transfected with empty vector (EV) or PKCδ, were treated with etoposide (0.07 µM) or BSO (1 mM) for 24 h. Where indicated, cells were pre-treated with rottlerin (3 µM) for 30 min. After treatments, cells were processed for Annexin V assay.
