Under dark-adapted (top) or light-adapted (bottom) conditions, the visual acuity (left) and contrast sensitivity (right) in treated (T) rd10 eyes (T, n = 4) are similar to those of wild-type animals (C57). Untreated (U) rd10 eyes (U, n = 4) show very poor acuity and contrast sensitivity under either dark- or light-adapted conditions.
