The Renilla Luciferase was used to normalize the firefly luciferase. In each experiment, the activity was calculated by setting the activity of hTERT minimal promoter as 100%. pTERT-297: minimal hTERT promoter; pTERT-297/ex1: minimal promoter and first exon of the hTERT gene.
