UFP-101 (20.0 μg/rat, intracerebroventricular was injected twice, 95 and 15 min before placing the animal into the open-field chambers. Buprenorphine (3.0 mg/kg, intraperitoneal) was given 90 min before placing the animal into the open-field chambers. Each value represents the mean (±SEM) of six subjects.
