Cells at an OD600 of 0.8 were exposed to 5 mM H2O2 for 30 min and recovered for 1 h (T1) or left untreated (UN). RNA were prepared and RT-qPCR were performed with primers specific for hst4+ and act1+. The amount of hst4+ mRNA was quantitated relative to that of act1+. Fold changes of T1 relative to UN are presented.
