Cells at an OD₆₀₀ of 0.8 were exposed to 5 mM H₂O₂ for 30 min and recovered for 1 h (T1) or left untreated (UN). RNA were prepared and RT-qPCR were performed with primers specific for hst4⁺ and act1⁺. The amount of hst4⁺ mRNA was quantitated relative to that of act1⁺. Fold changes of T1 relative to UN are presented.

Average of three separate experiments, with errors reported as the standard deviations.
