Female CD1 mice were anaesthetised, injected with Evans Blue i.v. and treated intradermally with 0.3–10nmol Kp-10 (KP) in the dorsal skin for 7.5, 15 or 30 minutes. Mice were killed, the dorsal skin removed and the area of oedema measured. Results are shown as mean area (mm2) ± SEM (3 s.f.). 7.5, 15 and 30 minute treatment groups consisted of N = 5, N = 6 and N = 4 respectively.
