Surface staining of live pRBC of FCR3S1.2. Sera generated by immunizing rats with NTS-DBL1αvar2 were studied in flow cytometry for their ability to react with the pRBC surface. The staining obtained with the pre-immune serum is shown in green, the immune sera in red. The figure shows the results obtained with sera of three rats (rat 1-3).
