Let-7 downregulates c-Myc expression in NPC cells (HONE1 and HK1). NPC cells (HK1 and HONE1) were transfected with let-7 (-a, -b, -d, -e, -g, and -i) precursors. After 72 h, the transfected cells were examined by immunohistochemical staining using monoclonal c-Myc antibody.
