Short axis MR images (a–c) in a 53-year-old female with five traditional cardiac risk factors, chest pain, and negative cardiac enzymes show diffuse transient subendocardial hypoperfusion on the adenosine stress first pass perfusion image (a), which is reversible at rest (b).
